FIELD: tunnel construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, in particular to a method for constructing shallow subway stations with lateral platforms. A method for erecting a three-span metro station with a double-track middle station tunnel and side station halls with passenger platforms includes the construction of a middle station tunnel from prefabricated blocks during the driving of a double-track tunnel, then the side station halls are erected by excavation of the soil by an open method for work, after which in the lining of the middle station tunnels, at the location of the openings, prefabricated blocks are dismantled and monolithic frames are installed to frame the openings for passengers to enter the cars, while the openings are provided with sliding doors. The construction of the station is carried out without the development of a single pit and structurally the station consists of three independent elements, a double-track middle station tunnel and two side station halls with passenger platforms. The middle station tunnel, consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks, is mounted by a closed method for work with a tunnel-boring mechanized complex when driving distillation tunnels adjacent to the station, and during the construction of the station, the subsequent opening of the earth's surface above the middle station tunnel is not performed. Side station halls are erected in separate, unrelated pits, using an open method for work. After installation of the lining of the double-track middle station tunnel in the places where passengers enter the subway cars, the lining elements of the middle station tunnel are dismantled and metal frames for framing the openings are installed in the resulting openings, after which the openings are equipped with sliding doors. Side station halls are made in the form of single-span multi-tiered reinforced concrete frames, the width of the side halls is determined from the condition of placing passenger platforms in them. The lining of the side station halls is made of two-layer monolithic reinforced concrete, the first layer of the lining is concreted using the "wall in the ground" technology, after the construction of the first layer of the lining of the side halls, under its protection, the soil of the side station halls is developed, after preparing the surface of the first layer of the lining, a waterproofing layer is applied and concreting begins the second layer of lining of the side halls of the station, concreting is carried out from the bottom up. The number of tiers in the side halls is determined by the depth of the station and the required area for placing technical rooms under the passenger platform and service rooms above the passenger platform. After concreting of the second layer of the lining of the side station halls, reinforced concrete elements of the passenger platform, service and technical premises are constructed, while the metal frames of the framing of the opening for the passage of passengers in the lining of the side station halls are set to the design position when concreting the first layer of the lining of the side station halls, the frame axes pitch frames for the passage of passengers are taken equal to the pitch of the axes of the doors in the cars of the subway train, and the span of the frames ensures the guaranteed passage of passengers through the sliding doors into the cars with manual or automatic driving of the train.

EFFECT: improving the manufacturability and speed of construction, the possibility of placing new metro stations on smaller areas in cramped conditions of urban development, as well as improving the safety of construction and the reliability of the operation of the station.
