FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to apparatuses for reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint. The apparatus consists of a mandibular component made according to the technology of layer-by-layer fusion of finely dispersed metal powder of a titanium alloy according to anthropometric data. The mandibular component constitutes a section of the vertical branch of the lower jaw with the condyle, made in the form of a spatial frame following the geometry of the healthy jaw of the patient, including the section for attachment to the non-resected part of the bone of the lower jaw, a bed for placing a bone graft, and a pedicle with an articular head replacing the branch of the lower jaw in the form of a beam in the form of a body of rotation, expanding toward the base and tapering closer to the articular head shaped as an ellipsoid. The articular capsule is made in the form of a cylindrical body according to the milling technology, of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. At one end of the cylindrical body, the capsule comprises a hole and an internal cavity wherein the articular head of the mandibular component is placed. The shape of the hole and cavity ensures placement and free movement of the lower jaw within the anatomical limits. At the other end of the cylindrical body, the capsule comprises a support surface in the form of a "wing", supported by the articular cavity and the temporal bone and containing holes, wherein the articular capsule is attached to the skull through said holes by means of fasteners, the length and location whereof are preliminarily planned depending on the thickness of the bone.
EFFECT: secure fixation of the condyle in the joint is ensured with fully maintained amplitude of movements.
