FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recombinant nucleic acid molecule providing high insecticidal tolerance and resistance to lepidopteran pests. Also disclosed are an expression cassette, a host cell, a transgenic plant and a transgenic seed containing said nucleic acid molecule. Invention also relates to a recombinant polypeptide with insecticidal activity to lepidopteran insect pests, a method for production thereof, as well as a composition containing same.
EFFECT: invention is effective for controlling populations of lepidoptera.
