FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used in the prevention of myofascial dysfunction in the treatment of deep intermuscular phlegmon of the extremities in the postoperative period. To do this, an autopsy of the phlegmon is performed, treatment of a purulent wound, cytological examination of the smear-imprint, registration of bioelectric potentials of the affected area and the healthy area. During the cytological examination of the smear-print, the phase of the wound process is determined; synchronous measurements of bioelectric action potentials are carried out in the area of three or more muscles of the affected extremity (P1a+Р2a+Р3a+…Рna), as well as three or more identical muscles of a healthy extremity (P1h+P2h+P3h+…Pna) with the calculation of the percentage difference (R) of the sum of these values according to the original calculation formula. When phase III of the wound process is detected and the R value is from 10 to 25%, the first degree of myofascial dysfunction is diagnosed on the side of the operation, while the complex of conservative therapy is supplemented with daily electromyostimulation of the muscles of the affected extremity for one session per day in the amount of 10 sessions. If the phase III of the wound process is detected and the R value is from 25% to 35%, the II degree of myofascial extremity dysfunction is diagnosed on the side of the operation, while the complex of conservative therapy is supplemented with daily electromyostimulation of the muscles of the affected extremity for one session per day in the amount of 15 sessions. If the third phase of the wound process is detected and at an R value of 35% or more, the third degree of myofascial dysfunction is diagnosed on the side of the operation, while the complex of conservative therapy is supplemented with daily electromyostimulation of the muscles on the side of the affected extremity for one session per day in the amount of 20 sessions.
EFFECT: method provides timely diagnosis of the degree of myofascial dysfunction in the postoperative period in patients with deep intermuscular phlegmon of the extremities, setting individually for each patient the duration in days of electromyostimulation of the muscles of the affected segment, improving the functional results of postoperative rehabilitation and increasing the effectiveness of surgical treatment of this category of patients, as well as reducing the number of complications.
