FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to determine the content of oil and mechanical particles in the produced water at oil production enterprises. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the device for express control of the content of oil and mechanical particles in the produced water consists of a laser radiation source, a flow cell for the analyzed product, a homogenizer, a semitransparent divider placed between the laser and the flow cell, a photodetector for monitoring the intensity of laser radiation, photodetectors for recording the radiation directly transmitted through the cell and scattered by the particles of the medium, attached to the cell from the laser side coaxially with it and having a central hole with a diameter equal to the diameter of the laser beam passing through it into the cell, a photodetector signal processing unit. The cell, photodetectors and semitransparent divider are placed in a closed measuring unit, thermostated at a constant temperature in the range from 20 to 25°C with an error of ±1°C, with an inlet for directing the laser beam through the semitransparent divider into the cell. The homogenizer can have an ultrasonic working principle.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of determining the content of oil and mechanical particles in the produced water and increasing the accuracy of their measurements.
