SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Femtolaser endokeratophakia is performed using a myopic donor lenticule with a given diopter, extracted by the ReLEx SMILE method. In this case, before removing the lenticule, its strong axis, and after removing it, the geometric center are marked. Then, the recipient's cornea is marked with marks along the weak axis of the cornea, and the optical center - according to the Purkinje reflex. In the process of docking, the mark of the optical center is aligned with the central mark of the laser and the formation of an intrastromal pocket in the recipient is performed through one incision along the weak axis of 2 mm in size. When implanting the lenticulum, the mark is aligned along the weak axis of the recipient's cornea with the marking of the strong axis of the lenticule, as well as the mark of the optical center of the recipient's cornea with the mark of the geometric center of the lenticula.
EFFECT: method allows reducing the number of severe high-order aberrations, such as coma and irregular astigmatism, improving visual acuity and quality in patients with complicated acquired aphakia.
