FIELD: medical biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology. The invention is a method for determining the human genotype associated with fast and slow acetylation of xenobiotics. Genotyping of arylamine-N-acetyltransferase is carried out by detecting tag SNP rs1495741 using specific primers NAT2F and NAT2R and two fluorescently labeled probes containing “closed nucleotide” sites, NAT2 and in the amplification mode, namely one 95° cycle 5 min, 40 95° cycles 10 s, 65° cycles 15 s, 72° cycles 15 s. The results are evaluated by recording the fluorescence signal via the FAM and R6G channels by detecting the signal between cycles 18-38.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the determination time, as well as to increase sensitivity and specificity.
