Method is carried out by means of a real-time PCR method and involves the use of forward and reverse primers with sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2 respectively, as well as rs6909985-G- and T-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4 respectively.

EFFECT: present invention provides an accessible and easy-to-implement method of identifying single-nucleotide polymorphism rs6909985 (G>T) of the HSF2 gene.
