SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a polynucleotide exhibiting a promoter activity, as well as to a use thereof for obtaining a target substance. Proposed is a polynucleotide exhibiting a promoter activity and containing a polynucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. Also proposed are an expression vector containing the described polynucleotide, and a host cell containing the described polynucleotide or whereto the expression vector is introduced. Also proposed is a method for obtaining the target substance, including cultivation of a host cell containing the described polynucleotide functionally linked with the gene encoding the target protein, and extraction of the target substance from the host cell or from the culture medium wherein the host cell is cultivated.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the level of expression of the target gene functionally linked with a polynucleotide in the required host cell, as well as the level of expression and activity of the protein encoded by the target gene.
