MICROORGANISM PRODUCING O-PHOSPHOSERINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING O-PHOSPHOSERINE OR L-CYSTEINE USING THIS MICROORGANISM Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C12N1/21 C12P13/06 C12P13/12 C12N9/16

Abstract RU 2663726 C1

FIELD: biotechnology; biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry and biotechnology, in particular to the microorganism producing O-phosphoserine. Said microorganism is characterized in that in it the activity of a polypeptide capable of exporting O-phosphoserine and having the SEQ ID NO amino acid sequence: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2, is enhanced in comparison with its endogenous activity. Invention also relates to a process for the preparation of O-phosphoserine. Present method includes culturing said microorganism in a medium and isolating O-phosphoserin from a microorganism or from a medium. Invention relates to a process for the preparation of cysteine or a derivative thereof. This method involves the preparation of O-phosphoserine by culturing said microorganism in a medium and the interaction of O-phosphoserine with a sulfide in the presence of O-phosphoserine sulfhydrylase or a microorganism capable of its expression.

EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to obtain O-phosphoserine and cysteine in high yield.
