SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and in particular to devices designed for sclerosing varicose veins. A device for mechanochemical stem sclerobliteration of veins, including a coaxially mounted catheter and a mandrel, a v-connector mounted on the proximal end of the catheter with a lateral channel for introducing a sclerosant and with a direct channel connected to the device control handle. The end of the mandrel is made in the form of extendable elements with scratching micro-hooks on the legs. The mandrel is made conductive with a sleeve installed at its end, designed to overlap the end hole of the catheter, and with retractable elements fixed on it with scratching micro-hooks made in the form of electrodes. The sliding elements and legs of the micro-hooks are isolated. Holes for the introduction of sclerosant are circularly made on the wall of the distal end of the catheter and they are located proximal relative to the extendable elements. The handle is equipped with a plug connected to a conductive mandrel.

EFFECT: creation of a device for mechanochemical stem sclerobliteration of veins, which provides significantly effective adhesion (obliteration) of the walls of the vein due to their additional damage as a result of thermal action on the endothelium of the vein.
