SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a universal recombinant pBuc vector and a plasmid genetic construction pBuc-7B4 providing synthesis and secretion of full-size recombinant proteins of monoclonal antibodies, in particular antibody 7B4 against West Nile virus, in Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) and obtained using the specified pBuc vector; it can be used in medicine and biotechnology. These proteins will have therapeutic potential. They can also be used for research purposes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a universal integration vector pBuc and a plasmid genetic construction pBuc-7B4, which provides synthesis and secretion of antibody 7B4 against West Nile virus in animal cells and obtained using the specified pBuc vector.
