SUBSTANCE: described is an integrative plasmid vector pVEAL3-Lassa-Trim, which provides expression and secretion of recombinant surface glycoprotein GPC LASV in mammalian cells, having size of 5738 bp. Also described is a recombinant Chinese hamster ovary cell line strain CHO-K1-GPC-LASV, which produces recombinant surface glycoprotein GPC LASV and containing integrative plasmid vector pVEAL3-Lassa-Trim and recombinant protein GPC LASV produced by the recombinant Chinese hamster ovary cell line strain CHO-K1-GPC-LASV.
EFFECT: creation of plasmid structure and new recombinant strain-producer of Chinese hamster ovary cells, producing surface glycoprotein GPC LASV in a more immunologically correct form, capable of interacting with antibodies of the immunized animal.
