SUBSTANCE: integrative plasmid vector PVEAL3-GP-MARV-Trim has been described, the vector provides expression and secretion of the recombinant surface glycoprotein GP MARV in mammalian cells. A recombinant strain of CHO-K1-GP-MARV cell line is also described, producing the recombinant surface glycoprotein GP MARV and containing the integrative plasmid vector PVEAL3-GP-MARV-Trim. Recombinant MARV GP protein produced by the recombinant cell line strain CHO-K1-GP-MARV has also been described.

EFFECT: creation of a plasmid, a producer strain of CHO-K1-MARV cells, producing the MARV surface glycoprotein GP in a more correct form.
