SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in the production of stationary and mobile modules of plasma electric generators of electrical and thermal energy. In an electronically controlled plasma electric generator, controlled pulsed streams of ions or plasma are formed, which are realized by a magneto-optical storage device, an electronically controlled accelerator, and elements of high-current electronics. An essential feature of this invention is the use of high-current electronics of a triode circuit and magnetic systems with electronic control and a pulsed step of changing the magnetic field strength, changing the direction of the magnetic field induction vector to form electronically controlled plasma flows. Borides and hydrides of light elements can be used as a fuel, which is a source of energy, which is effective for generating ions in the interaction region and converting the energy of synthesis of light nucleons into electrical energy.

EFFECT: modularity and compactness of execution, the possibility of combining individual generators in a synchronously operating monoblock, generator control at the hardware and software level.
