SUBSTANCE: proposed is a disposable chip cartridge for nucleic acid amplification. The chip is made in the form of a transparent plate with reaction wells and sealing elements for both sides of the plate. The wells are arranged on the plate in two rows, wherein the filling holes and the air outlet holes are located on opposite sides of each of the reaction wells at an angle to the ends of the plate, the filling holes and the air outlet holes are made stepped. The sealing elements are made in the form of a film with an adhesive working surface, adjoining the plate, the plate is made of a polymer material with high bioinertness, low autofluorescence, and a high level of light transmission.

EFFECT: invention ensures an increase in the versatility and compactness, reliability during research, as well as a possibility of conducting research in the field.
