FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely organ transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics; it can be used in the management of patients after transplantation to diagnose acute rejection of the transplanted heart. To diagnose acute transplant rejection in heart recipients, the expression level of microRNA-27 is determined in venous blood plasma and, at a level below -5.07 relative units, the presence of acute transplant rejection is diagnosed.
EFFECT: ensuring the availability and non-invasiveness of diagnostics, reducing the time of its implementation, while achieving reliable diagnostics of acute transplant rejection, as well as increasing the survival rate of recipients and improving the results of heart transplantation due to timely determining indications for unscheduled endomyocardial biopsy by determining the expression level of microRNA-27 in venous blood plasma.
