FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to organ transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics. A method for diagnosing acute transplant rejection in a transplanted heart recipient is proposed. The expression level of microRNA-101 in venous blood plasma is determined by the formula E=log2(2-(Ct1-Ct2)). If E value is less than -8.63, the presence of acute transplant rejection is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides non-invasiveness, reduction in labor intensity, time of performing, increased availability of diagnostics of acute rejection of the transplant in transplanted heart recipients, while achieving reliable diagnostics of acute rejection (both cellular and humoral types) in this contingent of patients.
