FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to diagnose myocardial fibrosis of a transplanted heart. In the recipient's peripheral blood plasma, the expression level of microRNA-27 is determined using the formula: E=log2(2-(Ctl-Ct2)), where E is the expression level of microRNA-27, Ct1 is the value of the threshold PCR cycle for a microRNA-27 sample, Ct2 is PCR cycle threshold value for internal control represented by Cel-miR-39. If the E value is above -4.33, the presence of myocardial fibrosis of the transplanted heart is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of accessibility and non-invasiveness of diagnostics of myocardial fibrosis of the transplanted heart, reduction of the time of its implementation while simultaneously achieving reliable diagnostics at any time after transplantation, as well as increasing the survival rate of cardiac recipients and improving the results of transplantation, due to the timely determination of indications for unscheduled endomyocardial biopsy by determining the level expression of microRNA-27 in the peripheral blood plasma of cardiac recipients.
