FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transplantology and clinical laboratory diagnostics; it can be used to diagnose bronchial obstruction in a lung transplant recipient. In the venous blood plasma of the lung transplant recipient, an expression level of microRNA-339 is determined by the formula: E=2-(Ct1-Ct2), where E is the expression level of microRNA-339, Ct1 is a value of a threshold PCR cycle for a microRNA-339 sample, Ct2 is a value of a threshold PCR cycle for internal control represented by Cel-miR-39. At the E value of more than 0.02, the presence of bronchial obstruction of the lung transplant is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of non-invasiveness, reducing the complexity and time of performing, increasing the availability of early diagnostics of the development of obstructive processes of the bronchi in recipients of transplanted lungs, while achieving effective diagnostics of bronchial complications in this contingent of patients, as well as increasing its objectivity due to the possibility of making an assessment taking into account the indicator showing the condition of the entire transplant, - microRNA-339, belonging to the family of small endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNA acting as post-transcriptional regulators that play a key role in a variety of biological processes.
