FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to organ transplantation and clinical laboratory diagnostics. The levels of expression of microRNA-27 and microRNA-339 are determined in peripheral blood plasma in cardiac recipients. At a level above -4.33 and -5.24 relative units, respectively, the presence of graft myocardial fibrosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows non-invasive diagnostics of myocardial fibrosis of the transplanted heart, shortening the time of its implementation while simultaneously achieving reliable diagnostics at any time - from the first month to several years after transplantation, as well as increasing the survival rate of recipients and improving the results of heart transplantation due to timely determination of indications for unscheduled endomyocardial biopsy.
