SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to nucleic acid molecules that encode the brother of the regulator of imprinted sites (BORIS), an expression vector, BORIS, a vaccine for the treatment and/or prevention of a malignant tumor and treatment of a subject with a BORIS expressing cancer cell. The method includes administering a therapeutically effective amount of a vaccine that contains an effective amount of a vector containing a nucleic acid molecule encoding BORIS containing the amino acid sequence shown in amino acids 55-2040 of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 19-680 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
EFFECT: invention allows expanding the arsenal of technical means.
