SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in the creation and modernization of means for monitoring the reliability of navigation measurements of the navigation equipment of the consumer (CNE) of the satellite radio navigation system (SRNS) of the aircraft. At each control point in time, the reliability of the measurements of the barometric altimeter is checked by comparing the actual measurements of the aircraft flight altitude, formed by the barometric altimeter, with the predicted values of this parameter. If at this stage a decision is made on the reliable measurements of the barometric altimeter, then the decision on the reliability of the navigation measurements of the CNE SRNS is developed by comparing the actual measurements of the aircraft flight altitude formed by the CNE SRNS on the one hand and the barometric altimeter on the other hand, otherwise the decision on the reliability of the measurements of the CNE The SRNS is generated by comparing the actual measurements of the aircraft flight altitude, formed by the CNE SRNS, with the predicted values of this parameter. This makes it possible to reduce the influence of unreliable measurements of the barometric altimeter on the control of the reliability of navigation measurements of the CNE SRNS when the meteorological conditions change and, as a consequence, increase the probability of correct control of the reliability of the navigation measurements of the CNE SRNS as a whole.
