SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring the flow rate of fluids. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the ultrasonic flow meter comprises an outer casing having an upper casing attached to the lower casing, the upper casing having a fastening element for attaching to a tube that is configured to allow fluid flowing therein; at least a first piezoelectric element having a flat surface that forms a horizontal plane connected to a transmitter and a receiver, the first piezoelectric element being configured to emit ultrasonic waves at an operating wavelength (λ) in an axial direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane; a combination of lenses at the bottom of the case, including: a refocusing lens located outside in the radial direction relative to the first piezoelectric element, having an annular shape and configured to redirect the received radial ultrasonic waves to move them in the axial direction and thereby reduce signal losses, having a thickness profile configured to function as a matching layer to reduce multiple reflections inside the bottom of the case, and a second lens in the form of a flat disk and located under the refocusing lens, including an outer portion located outside in the radial direction relative to the first piezoelectric element, and configured to redirect radial ultrasonic waves to move in the axial direction.
