SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of material processing by cutting and can be used in the design of devices for supplying lubricating process media (LPM) to the cutting zone during blade processing. The device contains a crucible for placing and heating the LPM, a channel for supplying compressed gas to the crucible, a channel with a nozzle for supplying the LPM connected to the crucible, thermal heaters installed along the walls of the crucible and the channel for supplying the LPM, thermocouples installed in the crucible and the channel for supplying the LPM and connected to the corresponding thermoregulators, a channel for supplying compressed gas with a screw for adjusting the supply of compressed gas, connected to a nozzle with the possibility of mixing compressed gas with the LPM heated in the crucible to form a spray, cams for adapting the position of the LPM feed channel to the movement of the tool being processed, the LPM feed ring connected to the mentioned nozzle and made with the possibility of feeding the LPM into the internal supply of the LPM of the processing tool. At the same time, it is equipped with an electric motor mounted on the lid of the crucible with a conical gearbox, on the shaft of which impellers are located inside the crucible, made with a differently oriented arrangement of blades.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the device.
