FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining of materials and can be used for supply of greasing process media (GPM) to cutting zone at blade machining using metal cutting tools with internal feed channels for GPM. Device comprises crucible for arrangement and heating of GPM, channel for supply of compressed air into crucible with screw for adjustment of supply, channel with nozzle for supply of GPM, connected to crucible, heat electric heaters installed along walls of crucible and channel for supply of GPM, thermocouples installed in crucible and GPM supply channel and connected to corresponding temperature regulators, and a channel for supplying compressed gas with a screw for controlling supply, connected to the nozzle with possibility of mixing compressed gas with heated in crucible GPM with formation of air-droplet mixture. At that, it is equipped with cams for adaptation of GPM channel position to tool movement and GPM supply ring connected to said nozzle and configured to feed GPM into tool inner feed.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to expand technological capabilities of the device due to supply of vegetal and animal GPM into the cutting zone in the form of aerosol, irrigation, freely falling jet and jet under pressure.
