FIELD: material processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of material processing by cutting and can be used to supply lubricating process media (LPM) to the cutting zone during blade processing using metal-cutting tools with internal supply of LPM. The device contains a crucible for placing and heating the LPM, a channel for supplying compressed gas to the crucible with a tap for adjustment, a channel with a nozzle for supplying the LPM, thermal electric heaters, thermocouples connected to the corresponding thermoregulators, a channel for supplying compressed gas with a tap for adjustment, connected to a nozzle with the possibility of mixing compressed gas with the heated LPM in the crucible and the formation of an air-oil mixture, the parameters of which are regulated by means of servos of the taps to adjust the supply of compressed gas and the supply of the LPM. The device is equipped with an electric fan, the hot air of which is directed to the surface of the cartridge in which the tool is fixed.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the device and increase the reliability of its operation.
