FIELD: materials processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing materials by cutting and can be used to supply lubricating technological media (LTM) to the cutting zone during blade processing using metal-cutting tools with internal channels for supplying LTM. The device contains a crucible for placing and heating the LTM, a channel for supplying compressed gas to the crucible with a screw for adjusting the supply of compressed gas, a channel with a nozzle for supplying the LTM connected to the crucible, heat and electric heaters installed along the walls of the crucible and the channel for supplying the LTM, thermocouples installed in a crucible and a channel for supplying the LTM and associated with the corresponding thermostats, a channel for supplying compressed gas with a screw for adjusting the supply of compressed gas, connected to the nozzle with the possibility of mixing the compressed gas with the LTM to form an air-droplet mixture, cams for adapting the position of the channel for feeding the LTM to the movement of the machining tool. In this case, the device is equipped with an overpressure valve fixed on the crucible cover, gas mixture injectors with ionizers located in the channel for supplying compressed gas to the nozzle and in the channel for supplying compressed gas to the crucible, and an additional container for accommodating the LTM.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the device.
