FIELD: objects masking.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hiding objects by setting aerosol formations and can be used to mask objects. The essence of the method for hiding objects from television surveillance means is to determine the required spatial parameters of the aerosol curtain (AC) and the parameters of the meteorological situation in the area where the object is located and, using their values, setting the AC by moving the device for setting the AC (ACSD) over the object, scanning over the core area with directional optical radiation, receiving scattered core optical radiation and measuring its parameters, determining the current spatial parameters of the core from their values and calculating the scattering coefficient Cs of radiation in the visible range of core wavelengths, measuring the brightness of the sun, determining using the value of the radiation brightness the value of the attenuation coefficient Catt of radiation in the visible range of wavelengths AC, calculating the value of the contrast ratio Ко of the hidden AC of the object using Catt and Cs, comparing its value with the threshold Cоthr, increasing, if Cо> Cоthr, the intensity of the APT release, decreasing, if Cо< Cоthr, the intensity of the APT release, comparing the current spatial parameters of the AC with the required and if they do not coincide, adjust the spatial parameters of the APT release, additionally determine the spatial parameters of N terrain sections, characterizing the possibility of placing objects on it, and the parameters of the meteorological situation in the area of the location of the terrain, according to their values of determining the spatial parameters of N false AC (FAC) and using their values, setting N FAC by moving N ACSD simultaneously with setting the AC over the object.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of hiding objects.
