SUBSTANCE: method includes following stages: reception by a terminal of signals with configuration information sent by a network device and containing an indication of the maximum delay in transmitting feedback response information; dynamic determination by the terminal of a synchronization of a hybrid automatic repeat request feedback; determination by the terminal of the total number of bits of a feedback response message to be transmitted in accordance with the maximum transmission delay; sending by the terminal to the network device of the feedback response message to be transmitted, consisting of the specified total number of bits. The maximum transmission delay is the maximum time interval between a time unit, in which downlink data is transmitted, and a time unit, in which feedback response information for downlink data is transmitted.
EFFECT: supporting multiplex transmission of feedback response information in a single time unit of transmission in New Radio system.
