SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical testing technology and can be used to control the quality of insulation of wires in the process of manufacturing windings of electrical products from them. Essence: speed pulses are continuously generated, a defect pulse is formed when a defective section of wire insulation passes through a defect sensor, the number of pulses is calculated, the number of which determines the number of input defects on the insulation, the number of speed pulses is calculated during each formed defect pulse and the extent of each defect is determined. The defect sensor is made in the form of a contact electrode, which is installed at the input of the wire to the winding machine and connected to the body of the winding machine through a resistor Rp. The output of the defect sensor is connected to the computer input with a trained neural network, the output of which is connected to a router that sends signals to the inputs of the pulse generators of input and technological defects. The wire core at one end of the coil of the winding wire is connected to the output of the stabilized current source I0. In the process of winding the coils, the voltage at the resistor and at the output of the current stabilizer is continuously monitored. Before the control, the counters of the number and extent of defects are calibrated using an artificially inflicted defect and a neural network. Next, the insulation of the wire is monitored during the winding of the coils using a trained neural network. The neural network generates a control pulse, which is transmitted through the router to the input of the pulse generator of input defects or the pulse generator of technological defects.
EFFECT: ability to carry out selective control of input and technological defects.
