FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vesicles based on amphiphilic diblock copolymers containing transmembrane proteins. A vesicle is proposed in a liquid composition containing amphiphilic diblock copolymer of PMOXAa-b-PDMSc-d type as substance forming vesicle membrane, additionally containing as an additive from about 0.05 vol./vol. % to about 1 vol./vol. % of PDMSe-f functionalized by a reactive terminal group, and a transmembrane protein selected from aquaporin and aquaglyceroporin. A method for producing the specified vesicles, separation membrane containing it, and a method for producing a thin-film composite layer immobilizing the specified vesicles are also proposed.
EFFECT: possibility of producing highly effective membranes for water filtration and water separation allowing for the passage of increased water volumes.
