FIELD: objects sealing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for locking with sealing objects where it is advisable to use a flexible connection in the form of a piece of cable, such as railroad cars and containers, warehouses, warehouses, shops, stalls, manholes and cars, as well as transported goods in any mode of transport. The locking and sealing device contains a cable segment, one end (1) of which is rigidly fixed in the housing (2), and the second end (3) of the cable segment, when locked, is passed through the cavity (4) of the housing (2) and fixed in it by means of two spring-loaded detachable elements (5) placed in the housing (2) to form a passage channel for the cable segment and fastened with a frame (6) made of flat sheet material. Each of the detachable elements (5) has a longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess on the side of the inner surface, the radius of which corresponds to the radius of the cable section (3). The outer surface of each of the detachable elements (5), opposite the surface with a semi-cylindrical recess, is made flat, inclined to the central axis of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess. To interact with the flat inclined surfaces of the detachable elements (5), two flat inclined surfaces (9) are made on the lateral cylindrical surface (4) of the housing (2), located opposite each other at the same angle of inclination to the longitudinal axis of the housing (2). On the surface of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess of each of the detachable elements (5), protrusions are made to interact with the side surface of the cable section (3) during locking. The device is equipped with an inlet plug (11) with protective elements placed in the cavity (4) of the housing (2) on the side of the inlet (12), and an outlet plug (13) placed in the cavity (4) of the housing (2) on the side of the outlet (fourteen). The end surface of each detachable element (5), facing the inlet (12) of the housing (2), can be made either in the form of a semi-cylindrical surface, the central longitudinal axis of which is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the semi-cylindrical recess, or flat and inclined to the central axis of the semi-cylindrical recess at an angle of 35-45°, or is made of two flat surfaces located at an angle of 120° to each other symmetrically with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the semi-cylindrical recess. The opposite end surface of the detachable element (5), facing the outlet (14) of the housing (2) is made flat. The frame (6) is made in the form of a U-shaped bracket with bent ends that engage with a groove made on the outer side surface of the detachable elements (5) near the end flat surface facing the outlet (14) of the housing (2). A through hole is made in the frame shelf (6), the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the cable section (3). The outer flat annular surface of the frame (6), formed around the through hole, serves as a stop for the spring (21), which springs the detachable elements (5). The inner flat annular surface of the frame (6) formed around the through hole serves as a stop for the flat end surface of the detachable elements (5). In the cavity (4) of the housing (2) there is a jumper (22) between the place for placing the inlet plug (11) with protective elements and part (23) of the cavity (4) of the body (2), designed to accommodate detachable elements (5), in which they abut with end surfaces facing the inlet (12) of the body (2) in a state prepared for locking.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, increase in manufacturability and reliability due to the exclusion of the possibility of affecting the elements fixing the cable section through the inlet of the housing.
