SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for locking and sealing of objects in which it is advisable to use a flexible connection in the form of a cable segment, for example, such as cars and containers of railway transport, warehouses, storehouses, shops, stalls, hatches and vehicles, as well as transported goods in any form transport, etc. The locking and sealing device comprises a cable segment (1), one end of which is rigidly fixed in the housing (2), and the second end of the cable segment, when locked, is passed through the cavity (4) of the housing (2) and fixed in it by means of two identical spring-loaded detachable elements ( 5), each of which is made with a longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess, the radius of which corresponds to the radius of the cable segment, the surface of the opposite side of the detachable element is made flat and inclined to the central axis of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess. At least two identical protrusions are made on the surface of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess for interacting with the side surface of the cable segment during locking. On both sides of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess, two flat surfaces are made, located in the same plane, parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the semi-cylindrical recess, and intersecting with the flat inclined surface. The end of the detachable element (5) facing the inlet (10) of the housing (2) is made with the first flat surface of the semi-cylindrical recess inclined to the central axis at an angle of 30-60°. The end surface of each detachable element (5) facing the outlet (13) of the housing (2) is made flat and perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis of the semi-cylindrical recess. On the side of the end surface of each detachable element (5), facing the outlet (13) of the housing (2), there is an open groove and a ledge located on both sides of the semi-cylindrical recess. The protrusion of one detachable element is configured for placing in the groove of another detachable element when the detachable elements (5) are aligned during assembly of the device. At the end of the detachable element, which faces the inlet (10) of the housing (2), there is a second inclined flat surface, which forms a sharp edge when crossing with the first inclined flat surface. The second inclined flat surface is located at an angle of 45-100° to the first inclined flat surface and intersects with an inclined side flat surface located opposite the semi-cylindrical recess. The protrusion is made in the form of a geometric body having the shape of a triangular prism, the bases of which are right triangles. The plane of one face of the prism coincides with the plane of the end surface of the detachable element (5) facing the outlet (13) of the housing (2). The plane of one of the bases of the triangular prism coincides with one of the flat surfaces located on both sides of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical recess. The plane perpendicular to it of the other face of the prism is parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the detachable element (5). The plane of the third face of the triangular prism located between them is inclined at an angle of 30-60° to the longitudinal central axis of the detachable element (5).
EFFECT: increased reliability due to no impact on the elements fixing the cable segment through the housing inlet.
