FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. The system for fastening the ends of a fracture of a broken long bone contains the first and second devices. The first device contains the first cylindrical housing, an enclosing socket, the first end of the first expandable mesh and the first rigid tip. The enclosing socket is made in the form of a single whole with the first cylindrical housing and coming out of it. The enclosing socket contains a tube and the first teeth extending inward from a section of the tube wall. The first teeth occupy a circumference of three hundred and sixty degrees of the section. The tube passes longitudinally through the enclosing socket and the first cylindrical housing. The first end of the first expandable mesh is connected to the first cylindrical housing. The first expandable mesh comes out of the tube. The first rigid tip is connected to the second end of the first expandable mesh. The second end of the first expandable mesh is located opposite the first end of the first expandable grid. The second device contains a second cylindrical body, a covered fitting, the first end of the second expandable mesh and the second rigid tip. The covered fitting is made in the form of a single unit with a second cylindrical housing. The covered fitting contains a cylindrical channel and second teeth extending outward from the outer segment of the covered fitting. The second teeth occupy a circumference of three hundred and sixty degrees of the outer segment. The cylindrical channel passes longitudinally through the covered fitting and the second cylindrical housing. The first end of the second expandable mesh is connected to the second cylindrical body. The second expandable mesh exits the second cylindrical housing in the direction opposite to the first expandable mesh. The second rigid tip is connected to the second end of the second expandable mesh. The second end of the second expandable mesh is located opposite the first expandable mesh. The first expandable mesh, the second expandable mesh, the cylindrical channel and the tube are aligned along a common longitudinal axis. At least part of each expandable mesh engages with the bone cavity receiving the system. The first teeth of the first device and the second teeth of the second device reciprocate with each other and help control the longitudinal movements of the first and second devices. A system of fixators that fasten the ends of a fracture of a broken long bone; contains the first and second retainers. The first retainer contains the enclosing socket, the first end of the first expandable mesh and the first rigid tip. The enclosing socket contains a tube passing longitudinally through the enclosing socket and the first teeth extending inward from a section of the tube wall. The first teeth occupy a circumference of three hundred and sixty degrees of the section. The first end of the first expandable mesh is connected to the first retainer. The first expandable mesh comes out of the tube. The first rigid tip is connected to the second end of the first expandable mesh, located opposite the first end of the first expandable mesh. The second retainer contains a covered fitting, the first end of the second expandable mesh and the second rigid tip. The covered fitting contains a cylindrical channel passing longitudinally through the covered fitting, and second teeth extending outward from the outer segment of the covered fitting. The first end of the second expandable mesh is connected to the second retainer. The second rigid tip is connected to the second end of the second expandable mesh. The second rigid tip is located opposite the first hard tip. The first expandable mesh, the second expandable mesh, the cylindrical channel and the tube are aligned along a common longitudinal axis. At least a part of each expandable mesh engages with the bone cavity receiving the system, and at the same time the first teeth of the first device and the second teeth of the second device reciprocate with each other and help control the longitudinal movements of the first and second retainers. The implant that holds the ends of the fracture of a broken long bone contains a enclosing component and a enclosed component. The enclosing component comprises a tube passing longitudinally through the enclosing component, the first teeth coming out of the tube wall section, the first end of the first expandable mesh connected to the first end of the enclosing component and coming out of the tube, and the first rigid tip connected to the second end of the first expandable mesh. The enclosed component contains a cylindrical channel passing longitudinally through the covered component; the second teeth extending outward from the outer segment of the enclosed component; the first end of the second expandable mesh connected to the enclosed component; and the second rigid tip connected to the second end of the second expandable mesh located opposite the first rigid tip. The first expandable mesh, the second expandable mesh, the cylindrical channel and the tube are aligned along a common longitudinal axis. At least part of each expandable mesh engages with the bone cavity receiving the implant. The implant, which holds the ends of the fracture of a broken long bone, contains the first expandable mesh, the second expandable mesh and a common channel. The first expandable mesh is attached to the enclosing component. The first expandable mesh contains the first rigid tip located opposite the junction of the first expandable mesh with the enclosing component. The second expandable grid is attached to the enclosed component. The second expandable mesh contains a second rigid tip located opposite the junction of the second expandable mesh with the enclosed component. A common channel is created by connecting the spanning component and the corresponding enclosed component. The common channel surrounds the longitudinal axis of the implant and extends approximately from the first rigid tip to approximately the second rigid tip. At least parts of the first expandable mesh, the first rigid tip, the second expandable mesh and the second rigid tip engage with the bone cavity receiving the implant.
EFFECT: inventions provide dynamic compression of the opposite sides of the fracture of a broken bone.
