SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in implantations, including zygomatic implants and implants for orthopaedic purposes. The medical device is oriented by way of orienting and guiding the medical device. The mechanism of the device contains the first and second sections. The first portion of the mechanism includes a contact point for positioning the EMPL at a selected location on the body portion of the BDY. The second section of the mechanism includes an operating module for guiding and maintaining this medical device. The mechanism provides movement of the contact element and the working module relative to each other in a two-way translational movement along a straight-line segment and keeps the medical device constantly aimed at the selected EMPL site. The operating module also supports a device guide for supporting a device drive including a powered drive for operating associated medical devices.
EFFECT: effect consists in the possibility to manually direct and drill a non-through channel in exact orientation towards an invisible target point without the help of other equipment.
