SUBSTANCE: system of a wireless communication network contains the first network node made with the possibility of wireless communication with a wireless communication device. A message transmitted from the first network node to the wireless communication device contains commands related to measurements performed by the wireless communication device on a signal from the network node of the wireless communication network, containing the first measurement condition and the second measurement condition, wherein both the first measurement condition and the second measurement condition must be met so that the wireless communication device transmits to the wireless communication network a report on at least one of measurements.

EFFECT: ensuring the transmission of a more accurate measurement result from a wireless communication device, while reducing the signaling for transmitting measurement results.
