SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol generation system. The system contains an assembled cartridge and an aerosol generating device. The assembled cartridge contains a cartridge having an end located upstream and an end located downstream. The cartridge contains the first and the second compartments, each of which has an air inlet and an air outlet. The aerosol generating system is made in such a way that, when placing the upstream-located end of the assembled cartridge in a device cavity, the ventilation air inlet is located in the device cavity, and a part of the inner surface of the device cavity, covering the ventilation air inlet, is at a distance from the assembled cartridge.
EFFECT: invention allows for the reduction in a temperature of ventilation air compared to known systems, which, in turn, leads to the reduction in the total temperature of aerosol delivered to the user, which leads to the improvement of the user’s impression; the invention also allows for the prevention of closing the ventilation air inlet by the user.
