FIELD: pipe covering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of heat-insulated pipelines and, in particular, to an ultra-long heat-insulated pipeline and a method for its manufacture. The extra-long heat-insulated pipeline contains a working steel pipe and a steel pipe casing covering the working steel pipe. An annular vacuum cavity is formed between the working steel pipe and the casing of the steel pipe. Both ends of the steel pipe casing are tightened. To ensure tightness between the casing and the outer wall of the working steel pipe, the tightened parts of the casing of the steel pipe are sealed by means of a plurality of sealing rings. The extra-long heat-insulated pipeline additionally contains a spiral support ring located outside the working steel pipe and in contact with the wall of the working steel pipe. The spiral support ring is made of a phase transition material, and the phase transition material contains 20-30 wt. pts. of paraffin microcapsules with a phase transition, 50-100 wt.pts. of elastomer and 50-100 wt. pts. of the binder while the core of the capsule of paraffin microcapsules with a phase transition is made of paraffin, and the shell is made of a polymer of methyl methacrylate and styrene, and the molar ratio of methyl methacrylate to styrene is (3-5):1. Also in the present invention, a method for manufacturing an ultra-long insulated pipeline is presented.
