FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. The method for obtaining restructured zinc includes processing molten zinc weighing from 70 to 300 kg in a controlled atmosphere at a temperature in an inert gas chamber of 500°C and constant pressure. The mold for pouring and processing molten zinc is a cylinder with a radius of 210 mm, rotating at an angular speed of 8600 rpm around its axis. A hot gaseous agent is introduced into the cavity of the said cylinder with preset time values of flow rate and temperature, and the overload coefficient is provided in the range from 2000 to 10000 G. Then, the temperature in the chamber is naturally lowered to 22-23°C for 10 minutes with simultaneous crystallization of the melt.
EFFECT: improvement of purity of restructured zinc, change of its structure, properties and electron density with an increase in its chemical activity.
