FIELD: robotics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated devices used in the field of industrial production, while it was developed, in particular, in connection with the problem of interaction between a human operator and such an automated device. The invention can preferably be used in the field of robotics, it can also preferably be implemented on other devices used in the field of industrial production. The automated device has a movable structure covered at least partially with coating with built-in sensors. Coating with built-in sensors contains a set of coating modules, including one or more coating modules with built-in sensors. Each coating module with built-in sensors has a structure containing a set of separate layers arranged one above the other, containing a load-bearing layer made of rigid or semi-rigid material and having a predetermined shape, and at least one damping layer made of elastically compressible material and located on the load-bearing layer. Each coating module with built-in sensors includes at least one contact sensor device (C) having first lower conductive layer (61) and second upper conductive layer (63), between which electrical insulating layer (62) is installed. Electrical insulating layer (62) is made of elastically compressible material, and it has a set of through holes (62a) arranged in such a way that first lower conductive layer (61) and second upper conductive layer (63) are locally facing each other at through holes (62a).
EFFECT: creation of an automated industrial device, such as a robot, having coating with built-in sensors, which can provide a high degree of interaction between the device and the human operator, at the same time guaranteeing the fulfillment of necessary safety requirements.
