The device contains a corona discharge generating system attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle driven by an air propeller with a corona electrode electrically connected to a high-voltage power source, installed with a gap relative to a collecting electrode connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The collecting electrode is installed parallel to the axis of the unmanned aerial vehicle and is made in the form of a cylindrical cavity surrounding the corona electrode with open end surfaces. The projection of the cross-section of the cylindrical cavity onto a plane normal to the axis of the unmanned aerial vehicle intersects the area of ​​rotation of its propeller.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of generating an electric charge, as well as simplifying the design.
