After that, the predicted shift value is added to the value of the calculated corrected mean sleep phase according to the Munich Chrono-Type Questionnaire test, and the value of the corrected mean sleep phase according to the Munich Chrono-Type Questionnaire test is obtained, which is expected with a decrease in light exposure. Next, the obtained value is assessed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to assess the expected shift in the corrected mean sleep phase according to the Munich Chrono-Type Questionnaire test when changing the time of daytime light exposure in persons with a free work schedule.
