FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, public health and healthcare, chronobiology, and can be used in assessing the risk of type 2 diabetes in persons aged 18 to 65 years inclusive. The corrected average sleep phase is calculated according to the Munich test. The risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus is assessed based on the points obtained: 0 points - there is no risk; 2 points - low risk (from 5 to 10%), 4 points - significant risk (15-20%), 7 points - high risk (more than 20%).
EFFECT: method allows to assess the risk of type 2 diabetes in persons aged 18 to 65 years inclusive.
