SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, public health and healthcare, chronobiology, can be used in assessing the risk of diseases of the respiratory system, namely acute respiratory diseases, bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma in persons aged 18 to 65 years inclusive. The corrected average sleep phase according to the Munich test is calculated, on the basis of which the risk of occurrence of these diseases of the respiratory system is estimated. Based on the points obtained: 0 points - no risk; 1 point - minimal risk; 3 points - moderate risk; 5 points - significant risk.
EFFECT: method allows to assess the risk of occurrence of these diseases of the respiratory system in persons aged 18 to 65 years inclusive.
