FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to functional diagnostics, public health and health care, chronobiology, can be used in estimating the risk of psychological sleep and mood disorders in persons aged from 18 up to and including 65. The gender and age are determined. Then adjusted average sleep stage (hereinafter ASS) is calculated according to the Munich questionnaire. The risk of occurrence of psychological disorders is determined. Scores are assigned. The risk of occurrence of psychological disorders is then estimated based on the resulting scores: 0 points – no risk; 1 point – minimal risk; 5 points – significant risk; 9 points – high risk; 13 points – very high risk.
EFFECT: method allows for estimation of the risk of psychological sleep and mood disorders in persons aged 18 up to and including 65 years.
