FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to raise the floor of the maxillary sinus with the simultaneous installation of dental implants. Computed tomography of the maxillofacial region is performed, on the basis of which surgical navigation templates are simulated for positioning the drill and for positioning the implant taking into account the elevation of the maxillary sinus floor. Next, the above surgical templates are made on a 3D printer from a biocompatible photopolymer. Then, an implant bed is formed through the burr hole in the gum using a surgical navigation template for positioning the drill. Next, the floor of the maxillary sinus is lifted and the dental implant is placed in the planned position using a surgical navigation template for positioning the implant.
EFFECT: method provides a predictable, minimally invasive elevation of the maxillary sinus floor taking into account the orthopedic position of the dental implant through the use of a digital protocol and navigational surgical templates.
