At the same time, if in patients with coronary artery stenosis the density of vessels in the superficial layer of parafovea is less than 48%, in the deep vascular plexus the density of vessels in the fovea zone is less than 25%, the density of vessels in the deep plexus of parafovea is less than 52%, the density of vessels in the choriocapillary layer in the fovea zone is less than 50%, parafovea is less than 55%, then microcirculatory changes in the macular region are diagnosed in patients with coronary artery stenosis.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose microcirculatory changes in the macular zone in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease against the background of coronary artery stenting.
