SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of salvage equipment, in particular, to salvage devices providing for independent going out of a crew in salvage equipment of a submariner via a buoy rope from an emergency submarine. The salvage buoy damper with a system of remote output comprises a buoy, a damper, a buoy rope with diamond knots. The buoy damper is equipped with a remote device of output from a submarine compartment, is additionally equipped with a radio beacon, a signal lamp and a buoy rope with information diamond knots glowing in the darkness.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of personnel salvage from a submarine due to indication of a place of an emergency submarine, elimination of the necessity for submariners to memorise time of delay at stops (diamond knots), which improves orientation and control of output mode.
