FIELD: ultra-high frequency equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultra-high frequency equipment with preferred use in the field of antenna equipment. A structural element of metamaterial mounted to an antenna emitter and consisting of sequentially arranged layers is characterized in that each of the mentioned layers is substrate of high-resistance silicon with recesses on its surface, the shape and location of which are selected based on the provision of antenna radiation in Ku-, K- and/or Ka- frequency ranges, while substrates of high-resistance silicon are interconnected by means of a eutectic layer of gold and silicon.
EFFECT: reduction in dimensions of the spacecraft antenna with a combination of acceptable mass-dimensional and radio technical characteristics of the antenna, primarily the possibility of using the antenna in several ranges.
